The delivery fee you pay and the time it takes for your order to arrive depends upon the type of product you order and which delivery option you choose. Check the table below for our delivery charges:

* If your parcel exceeds the 3kgs maximum (dead and/or cubed weight), you will be contacted for additional freight.
- FREE shipping applies to orders over $99 to most Metro areas in QLD, NSW and VIC only (please refer to above or contact us for further information).
- If you require a more accurate freight quote, simply click the ‘Quote/Bulk Enquiry’ on your desired product.
- Express & Satchel postage applies to orders under 3kgs in weight. If your parcel exceeds 3kgs we will contact you in relation to additional freight charges.
- Expected delivery timeframes apply to in-stock products only. Out of stock products, pre-orders and products with extended delivery times will vary dependent on individual availability.
- Large, bulky, sensitive or weighty orders, or some deliveries to outer regional remote areas will incur additional freight.
- Our courier partners include Australia Post, Fastway/Aramex, Startrack and Couriers Please. Approximate delivery timeframes relate to business days of Monday to Friday and are subject to our courier partners timeframes and any potential unscheduled delays. We also ship directly from our manufacturers and distribution centres around Australia.
- Authority to Leave can be selected at checkout, this gives our courier partners authority to leave your parcel when you’re not home. By selecting this option Mega will not be responsible for any lost or damaged orders once your parcel has been left at your request.
- Click & Collect is available from our warehouse at 5/12 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486. You will be contacted when your order is available for collection.
- Some items have fixed shipping (generally furniture, janitorial supplies and other paper products). For a custom quote on bulk prices, shipping costs and times to your location, please add your product/s to a quote using "Add To Quote Or Bulk Enquiry" button on each product pages. Quotes are usually responded to within the hour during business our business hours (AEDT).
