DELIVERY TIMES 

BananaShoes offers some styles available for next day delivery, and other styles available to order for delivery in up to 10 working days (within the UK). 

Each style on BananaShoes is clearly marked within the product description as to whether it is available for next day delivery, or available to order to arrive within 10 working days. Please check the product description of the style(s) you like. 

If a customer purchases an item available for next day delivery, the item will be sent the next (working) day automatically. You do not need to make any further selection at checkout.

There may be rare occasions where your shoes are delayed on their journey. We apologise profusely if this happens but are unable to accept responsibility for third-party delays. Should there be any issue or delay with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with reasonable options.

BananaShoes offers UK customers only one standard shipping option at £4.99 per order. 

All of our Outlet items are in stock and available for next day delivery. 

DELIVERY

For Standard Shipping, we will use either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the weight of the parcel. 

The majority of parcels are sent with using DPD's next day delivery service. Please note that your order may take up to 10 working days to arrive at our warehouse, and then will be sent to you by next day delivery. 

For Next Day Delivery we use DPD Local - 'Next Day Delivery'. 

Orders placed before 2PM from Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM on a Friday, or at any time on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the next working day.

For European and the rest of the world clients, we will deliver all orders using a tracked delivery method and customers will be given the details to track and locate their parcel. Please allow time for your order to arrive. If you are a European or International customer, your order will take longer to arrive.

European Shipping Rates:

Europe 1: £15 for parcels up to 30 kg in weight (average weight of 1 pair of shoes is 1 kg).

Orders placed to international destinations outside of Europe will incur a fee based on total weight of items ordered. 

Public Holidays

Orders will not be shipped on bank holidays or public holidays (e.g. May Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, etc.). If your order is placed on one of these days it will be shipped on the next working day and you will be notified by email.

Additional Information

From time to time we may use a different postal provider. Should we do so, you will be informed of the postal provider and given a tracking number when you receive your shipping confirmation email. 

BananaShoes uses and pays for 'Next Day Delivery' services from DPD as our standard means of delivery. DPD guarantees BananaShoes that parcels will be delivered the next day but from time to time for DPD's reasons and circumstances, this is not possible. BananaShoes will not be held responsible if DPD are unable to deliver your parcel the next day.

For DPD Next Day Delivery, you will be sent tracking information so that you can:

  • Follow your parcel's journey
  • Be given a one-hour time delivery time-slot
  • Be able to update your delivery preferences
  • Reschedule a delivery

There may be occasions where orders cannot be fulfilled by BananaShoes straight away. If there is a delay on how quickly we can process or ship your order, you will be notified as quickly as possible and given options. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

The cost of delivering your parcel to an international destination is calculated by the total weight of the items purchased and the destination country. 

A standard pair of high heels weighs 1 kg. A standard hosiery item weighs 0.25 kg. This can vary depending on style and should be taken as a guide. Final shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase should you wish to check before completing your order. 

If you would like to order a pair of shoes and use your own delivery method, please email us at sales@bananashoes.com and we will respond to you promptly. 

Some destinations require import duties or taxes. BananaShoes will not be held responsible for any additional costs. These are to be paid solely and in full by the customer. 

RETURNS POLICY (UK CUSTOMERS)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once we have received the return, we will then credit your account within 5 working days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. We strongly advise sending returns via tracked or signed for delivery methods. 

The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.

We will refuse to refund any items that have been worn, used, marked, damaged, or we deem unfit to resell. We will refuse to refund any item not returned in its original box or packaging. 

Please use a signed for or tracked delivery method so we can both keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn’t get lost along the way. We would recommend Royal Mail’s online Click and Drop service which is really easy to use and good value. 

Do not use the shoe box as a shipping container. The box must be placed in external packaging and must remain undamaged. 

We do not accept returns for sale or 'outlet' items. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY (CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 28 days of receiving your purchase. The package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state the above, BananaShoes may not be able to accept delivery of the return package. Upon return of the goods, we will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. The above does not affect your statutory rights. Our Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law & Courts.
