LikedThe main purpose of having a place to sleep for 2 nights was good

DislikedThe high speed internet was extremely slow, I couldn't even make a voice call or video call. I did not use any of the deposit money that I had to pay upfront and after one month I'm still waiting to get my money back while I was told I should have it in 5-7 days. Not recommended!!

But the staff is absent and the rooms are dated 😞

LikedThe staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed help with something. The beds in our room were very comfortable. It was a reasonable distance from where I needed to be that weekend, all the while being affordable for me and my friends. The cafe on the first floor, while a bit pricey, had good quality food and beverages.

DislikedThe toilet in my room felt like it was child-sized, so be warned if you have an average to larger sized derriere. The pressure in the shower rod was also a bit weak whenever I used it. The laundry facility was okay, but it came with its own issues. It's only accessible by half of the available elevators, and the soda machine and ice machine were both broken when I was there. Because I didn't bring my own detergent, I had to buy some from the front desk (weird that it wasn't inside the laundry facility itself) and be warned: the washer doors do lock the moment you close them, so absolutely make sure you have your dirty clothes and detergent and such ready and loaded up before starting it. Also good luck finding anything worth watching on the room's cable TV

Liked+ beautiful architecture + asked a high floor with great view and got one + very central location downtown

Disliked- double bed was quite small and not very comfortable (wobbly bed stand + mattress) - nothing the hotel can be held accountable for, but downtown Dallas doesn’t feel very safe at night

We were heckled by bums and i have a 5 year old. it reminded me of skid row. never again. there is also no breakfast, no pool, no bar, no restaraunt, and valet is $42 a night. my family and i would have been safer and more comfortable at a red roof inn cuz they have a warm breakfast daily and free parking
