Season Tickets

MOBILE TICKETS

All tickets and parking (except Football) are mobile tickets. Mobile ticketing provides ticket holders with the convenience and flexibility of all ticket management being online. Your tickets are readily available to download or transfer. Season and single game tickets will not longer have a barcode and utillize NFC technology, which is similiar to tap to pay features in the Apple and Google Wallet. Screenshots of tickets will NOT be accepted at any Texas Athletic events.

PRICING

ONLINE RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Go to TexasSports.com/myaccount.
  • If you have previously activated your online season ticket account, log in with your account number or email address and password.
  • If you have never activated your online season ticket account, select "register now" and enter your customer number and PIN. Complete your registration and submit. To obtain your account number or PIN, please contact the Texas Athletic Ticket Office.
  • After logging in, you will see the link for your application. You may renew your current seats and donations and request additional season tickets while completing your application.
  • If you need assistance during the renewal process, please contact the Texas Athletic Ticket Office.

MOVE / UPGRADE / ADD SEATS / PURCHASE PARKING

  • Additional season tickets can be purchased during the online season ticket and parking selection process. You may also call 512-471-3333 to place your request.
  • Seat locations are selected during the online season ticket and parking selection process. For Softball and Volleyball, seat selection occurs during the season ticket holder upgrade process conducted via phone.
  • You will be notified by email of your selection time ahead of the event for online season ticket and parking selection processes.
  • Selection times are determined by Loyalty Points as of the season ticket deadline.
  • Season ticket holders not participating in this process retain their current seat locations.
  • Tickets are not distributed until ticket balances and any associated contributions have been paid in full.
  • Parking is available for purchase during the online season ticket and parking selection process for Football only.

FACULTY / STAFF

UT Faculty/Staff may purchase up to two reserved season tickets at a 20% discount. Visit the Faculty/Staff ticket information page for full details. 

LETTERWINNERS

The T-Association has designated sections for Letterwinners in all home venues. In addition to one complimentary season ticket (in the sport you lettered), letterwinners may also purchase up to three additional tickets in the T-Association section. PARKING

LOYALTY POINTS

Season ticket holders and Longhorn Foundation members earn Loyalty Points based on seat donations and philanthropic donations. Your Loyalty Points rank determines seat location upgrades, as well as priority for the AT&T Red River Showdown, postseason events and parking.

  • Season ticket holders receive two points per $100 for seat donations and five points per $100 for philanthropic donations.

  • Payment plans
    • Payment plans allow you to distribute the cost of season tickets and donations over time. The first payment is due at the time of renewal. The four remaining payments are due by the first Friday of every month.
  • Ticket transfer
    • For season ticket holders who encounter conflicts, the Texas Athletics Ticket Transfer program is a way to ensure your tickets do not go unused by allowing you to share your tickets with friends and family.
  • Ticket Return
    • Can't make it to a game? Return your season ticket seats back to Texas Athletics so that another Longhorn fan can enjoy the game. 
  • How to Return your Ticket
    1. Sign In to your online ticket account
    2. Select the Return Tickets to Texas option
    3. Click the Return link below the game you wish to return
    4. Check each box for each individual seat you wish to return. You will be asked to confirm your request on the following page
    5. You will receive an email confirmation stating that the ticket return was successful. Please destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated
  • Please note: Any donation credits referred to during the actual ticket return process are not refunds to you nor credits applied to your Texas Athletics ticket or Longhorn Foundation donor accounts. It simply denotes the original cost of the ticket(s).  
  • How to transfer your Ticket
    1. Sign In to your online ticket account
    2. Click TRANSFER under "My Tickets"
    3. Select the game you wish to transfer
    4. Check each box for each individual seat or multiple seats you would like to transfer
    5. Click CONTINUE
    6. Enter the mobile number of the person you wish to transfer the ticket(s) to or click on USE EMAIL INSTEAD and enter the email address
    7. Click on REVIEW TRANSFER
    8. Click ADD ANOTHER TRANSFER if you would like to transfer other event tickets to the same recipient
    9. Click TRANSFER
  • Please note: There is a time limit on the transfer process. The recipient has seven days to accept the tickets. If tickets are not accepted, the tickets will revert back to the original owner of the seats. 
  • The original seat owner can cancel the transfer process anytime before the transferred tickets are accepted. 
  • How to Accept a Ticket Transfer
    1. You will receive a text message or email notifying you that someone is trying to transfer a ticket(s).
    2. Click ACCEPT TRANSFER
    3. Sign In to your online ticket account, if you have one. If you do not have an online account, it will ask you to create one. 
    4. Once signed into your account, you will see the accepted available tickets in your account. 
    5. Your tickets will be mobile tickets. Add the transferred tickets in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. 

SECONDARY MARKET
