This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the 'Earn Rewards' tab in the Rewards page menu, once logged in.

For every 100 points you earn you'll get $5 AUD to use towards a purchase!

Your points balance is displayed once logged in, on the Rewards Page.

Once logged in, select the tab called 'Get Rewards'. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. You can also use our 'redeem at checkout' points slider to exchange points for a cash discount at checkout.

Points expire 12 months after your last order. So to maintain your tier status level and points, be sure to make the necessary amount of orders every 12 months to maintain your tier status and to ensure your points don't expire.

Your tier status, such as Diamond and Platinum is renewed every 12 months from the date you joined the program. So you'll need to spend the minimum amount over the 12 month period to maintain your status level. In the case of Diamond status this would be $500 AUD over a 12 month period, in order to maintain Diamond Status.

You can use the 'redeem at checkout' points slider located at checkout to exchange points for a cash discount of up to $25 AUD.

'Approved' points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. 'Pending' points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and 'cancelled' points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

When you enter the Diamond and Platinum tiers, you'll have a $5 and $10 Rewards voucher sent to you via email. You can only earn one voucher in total for each time you enter a tier. For example, if you drop down from Diamond to Gold and then go back up to Diamond, you won't receive the $5 voucher again.
