• What's the difference between Club Bondi and Bondi Babe Rewards?+

  Club Bondi offers exclusive access to Bondi Sands. You'll be amongst the first to hear about new products, special offers and have access to our Bondi Babe Rewards loyalty program, where you can earn points to redeem for vouchers and free products.

• I'm already a Club Bondi member. Do I have to sign up to Bondi Babe Rewards?+

  As a valued customer and Club Bondi member, we have invited you into the program. Just made a purchase? Don't worry, we have rewarded the past 3 months of your purchases so you can start at the right level.

• Do my previous purchases count?+

  We have rewarded the past 3 months of your purchases to account in your tier, so can start the program at the right level! You will begin to earn points from creating an account and making new purchases and actions.

• How do I earn points?+

  Every time you make a purchase, follow us on our socials, leave a review & refer friends you earn points!

  BUY:
  Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on Bondi Sands products, both online and in store, via a receipt upload to your account.
  Online: Simply shop on our online store and your points will be automatically added to your account.
  In Store: Take a photo of your receipt and upload your photo to your account using the receipt upload section.
  FOLLOW:
  Earn 10 points each when you follow us on both Facebook & Instagram.
  SHARE:
  Earn an extra 20 points when you share the program on your Facebook.
  Bondi Sands are also rewarding our fave Bondi pics on social. Be sure to tag @bondisands for a chance to get some extra goodies! If your pic is selected, our Bondi Team will DM you your loyalty gift info.
  REVIEW:
  Earn 50 points when you leave a review on our website! For every photo or video attached to your review we add an extra 50 points.
  Max 2 reviews per customer per month
  REFER:
  Earn 20 Points when you refer your friends! Use our referral section to invite your friends to join Bondi Babe Rewards!

• What retail stores can I be rewarded at for my purchase?+

  You can be rewarded for Bondi Sands in store purchases at any of the below authorized retailers

• How do you check receipts?+

  Our team will moderate and approve your receipts. Please ensure your photo is clear and the details of your purchase are visible. Any illegible receipts won’t be able to be honoured.

• Do my Points expire?+

  If unused, your points will expire 12 months from the date it was earned.

• I have made a purchase but my I can’t see my points in my account?+

  ONLINE PURCHASES: Points for orders made on the Bondi Sands website will be awarded once payment has been approved. Points are only assigned to customers who sign up to be part of Bondi Babe Rewards.  Make sure you are logged in!
  IN STORE PURCHASES: Points for purchases made in store can take up to 72 hours to appear on your Bondi Babe Rewards Account as we need to moderate your receipt once you have uploaded it to your account.

• How do I recieve my points for referring my friend?+

  Points will be added to your account after a successful referral
  To successfully refer a friend, add your friend’s email to the ‘Refer a Friend’ section of our Bondi Babe Rewards page. Your friend then will sign up to Club Bondi and make a purchase using the code sent in an email to them. Remember, they have to be a new customer.

• When do I recieve my birthday points?+

  We can’t wait to celebrate your birthday with you!
  You will receive your birthday points on your special day!

• I returned/cancelled my order. Where did my points go?+

  Any returned/refunded items will not count to your points. If you return or cancel your order the points will then then be deducted from your balance.

• How do I get to the next Bondi Babe Level?+

  Your Bondi Babe level is determined by your spend in past 12 months. To get the next level, purchase your fave Bondi Sands products to unlock more Bondi Babe Rewards.

  BONDI LOVER – $0-65
  BONDI BABE – $66-180
  ULTIMATE BONDI BABE - $181+

• Does my Bondi Babe Level expire?+

  Your level will expire 12 months from entry. Once you reached a level you will be able to enjoy the Bondi rewards & benefits for 12 months unless your points balance increases and you move up to a new level. At the end of those 12 months, if your points balance is less than the minimum required for that level, you will downgrade to the previous level.

• How do I redeem my points?+

  You can redeem your points for both vouchers & products available in our product catalogue exclusively online!
  
  VOUCHERS:
  We have $10, $20, $30 & $40 vouchers available to self issue once you have earnt enough points.
  $10 Voucher = 100 points
  $20 Voucher = 200 points
  $30 Voucher = 300 points
  $40 Voucher = 400 points
  
  PRODUCT:
  We have a range of products available in our Product Catalogue for you to also redeem. Have a look at our top picks to you can redeem within your logged in account!

• Does my redeemed voucher expire?+

  Yes, it does Lover. Once you have activated your voucher, you will have 60 days to use this before it expires.

• Can I combine my rewards with other offers?+

  You won’t be able to use your voucher or product codes at checkout if we have have a sitewide promotion in place. However any other time you will be able to use your voucher & product codes.
