DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

We DO NOT make any deliveries outside of the UK Mainland. This includes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands. Any orders placed with an undeliverable shipping address will be cancelled.

All deliveries made within the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Pallet Deliveries - 1 Man Delivery Service
Most furniture set deliveries will be made on wooden pallets (minimum size approx 1.2m square), this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Assistance may be required upon delivery.

The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside. You may need to assist the driver whilst the delivery is being made.

On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.

Pallet deliveries cannot be made :

  • On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.

  • To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.

  • Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.

  • Where the access road is on a steep incline.

  • Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.

Premium Two Man Delivery

Some furniture orders will be despatched using a 2 man delivery service. Included in the delivery service is the advantage of having the furniture taken to the desired location in or around your property.

We use a specialist 2 man delivery company of our choice. They will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and on the delivery day they will provide a 2 hour delivery slot so you can plan the rest of your day. Please contact us on 01200 421010 for more information or to request this service.

Please Note An additional 2 - 5 working days will need to be added onto our current delivery estimates when using this service.

If you don't require the two man delivery service and would like your furniture delivered as quickly as possible please call us and we will try to accomodate.

Additional Information

We currently only deliver items to the UK Mainland - all other destinations are excluded. Any orders made for delivery outside of the UK Mainland will be cancelled automatically.

Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Most garden furniture will require some assembly and will arrived flat packed.

We need to be notified of damage, shortages or incorrectly received items within 30 days. Contact us before returning any damaged, faulty or incorrectly received items.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

Right for you to cancel your contract

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14th working day from the day after the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing or email to [email protected].

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

If you cancel your contract when we have already processed the goods for delivery but not yet received the goods then we will make every reasonable effort to stop the delivery. If we are unable to recall the order and you refuse to accept the goods or advise us that you do not require the order then we will be entitled to keep or receive an amount sufficient to cover our losses (shipping charges) that directly result from your cancellation. This can be up to a value of £100 but will be handled on a case-by-case basis but we will be able to explain how we calculate the amount we are charging/withholding you for cancelling the contract.

Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
