Can you tell me more about the gift bottle perk?
For any 12 bottles you add to cart in the app only, you’ll only pay for 11 – we’ll cover the cost of the least expensive bottle, up to $50. Please note that the 12 bottles will need to be ordered from the same merchant. You can also apply a valid coupon on case buys during promotions and save even more!

How can I manage my Plus subscription?
Once you’ve enrolled, you can manage your membership from your Profile page in the app. Just look for “Vivino Plus.”

How does Vino Vault work?
When we have some amazing collectible wines allocated for the Vault, we send out a Push Notification in app to all members warning them the drop will launch later that day. A second notification will be sent in the evening with a unique $1 coupon code, a link to the wine, and the number of bottles available. From there, it's a race to checkout! These wines sell out FAST.
