Our beautiful bulding, built on 1930, is an architectural gem. It was totally renewed a couple of years ago, and has 16 modern flats - 8 with 36 m2, 2 with 45 m2, 3 with 60 m2 and other 3 with 68 m2, with TV, air conditioning, shower and a private kitchen.

Santa Teresa is one of the planet’s most enchanting neighbourhoods. It’s where culture and nightlife meet, presenting you with the best of both worlds. You have dozens of dining and lunch options, some of the city’s most prestigous museums such as Chácara do Céu and Parque das Ruínas, plenty of local art shops and artists studios to visit, and lot’s of cool bars, to have a nice beer at the end of the day. And, if you want to know Rio’s real nightlife, you’re only 5 minutes away from Lapa, where the party never stops.
