Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: 2-3 days once shipped if items are in stock. Allow up to 48 hours for processing. You should receive your order within  2-3 business days on average.  Allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO, international addresses and busy holidays. 

Some bags will be shipped via International FedEx where noted on listing. These bags will arrive at your door between 5-7 days.

Q: Do you keep all of your items in stock? What does "Usually ships in XX days" mean?
A: No. Though we try to keep all items in stock, we often sell out quickly during the holiday seasons and may reqire an additional 8-10 days to restock. Items listed as "Ships in 8-10 days" usually indicate this. Items listed as "Ships in 24-48 hours" indicates that we are expecting new stock of that item shortly. We get large shipments of stock regularly and often.  We will ship your bag as soon as it arrives. If unexpected delays occur, we will contact you via email explaining the expected delivery date.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes. ModernManBags ships to Canada and other countries listed below. An extra handling fee is required based on the shipping destination. Non-US addresses are shipped via International Priority Mail (USPS). Most packages take 6-10 business days to arrive assuming there is no delays with Customs. A tracking number is sent to your email address so you can monitor progress. All internationally shipped items are insured in case of loss.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses? 
A: Yes. Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. The price is the same as domestic shipments. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. For more information on delivery times, visit USPS FAQ site.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail which ensures quick and reliable delivery. 

• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days):        $6.95 per item 
• FedEx Next Day Shipping:                          $25   per item*

Q: Are my packages insured and tracked?
A: Yes. Once packed and shipped, a confirmation tracking number and link are sent to the email you haveon file. You can monitor your package's location and estimated time of delivery (ETA) online.

We insure international packages. Any confirmed lost or stolen packages will be handled by us and we will send out another item to you at no charge. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately for assistance.

A: Yes. ModernManBags.com strives to fulfill all of the orders that we process within the quoted time-frames. ModernManBags gladly stands behind the quoted delivery time-frames, associated with each of the shipping types that we offer.
