• All bookings are subject to availability
• The offer is valid only on One-Way and Round-Trip flight bookings and not on Multi-city Flights bookings
• The discount can only be availed on Cleartrip.com desktop website, Android and iOS apps, and mobile website
• In case of cancellations of booking (in part or full), the instant savings amount will not be refunded and the standard cancellation policy of Cleartrip (as specified on the Cleartrip website) will apply
• If there is any rescheduling of flights, the fare difference and standards airlines charges for the same have to be borne by the customer and will not be borne by Cleartrip
• Cleartrip reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
• Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers with this offer and Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings
• Cleartrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms
• Cleartrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event, the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
• Cleartrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using cleartrip.com, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to the booking of flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
• By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with a such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
• The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

IndiGo ​Terms and Conditions: -

1. This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 10:00 hours IST on October 20, 2023 till 23:59 hours IST on October23, 2023 (“Offer Period”) for travel from October 23, 2023 till December 31, 2023, subject to flight inventory availability, blackout dates and subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereinunder.

2.During the Offer Period, IndiGo offers the following discount (“Offer”) on all round-trip

Upto 18% (Eighteen percent) discount is applicable only on the base fare for flight bookings on all domestic and international sectors of IndiGo excluding codeshare flights. 

3. Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts provided to the customers, shall be subject to availability, blackout dates and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.

4. Discount is not applicable on any Airport Charges and other Government taxes and levies.

5. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion, that is not mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

6. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Changes in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.

7. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings (i.e. booking of flight tickets for nine (9) or more people) and on special fare (i.e student fare, senior citizens fare and armed forces fare).

8. All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.

9. The Offer is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.

10. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.

11. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.

12. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
