Strong puts body in great position for side and overhead free weights

Super happy with this barbell. It looks great and "feels better" than the normal olympic barbell. I do crossfit and its a great barbell to have for whatever WOD's or lifting I have programmed for the week. I have my own gym at home so pretty confident this barbell will last me a while.

Ezy To Put Together quite ezy to put together about 40mins if you take yr time It is Verry Good for a Chest machine I can do 3 sets of 20reps at the park on the dip bars But i get egausted just with 20kg a side for 20 reps on this machine & if i fail its falls safe it can take Small hole Plates Aswell as Olympic size plates

Great build quality and fits nice

My 11mo absolutely loves pushing these around and climbing over them. The colours are really nice in person and it’s not unsightly to keep them in the lounge room. Even the dog loves it.

Great machine for the price. Being a taller person some machines aren’t quite the right fit, but everything on this feels pretty comfortable to use.
Was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy under load.
If you’re on a budget, it’s definitely a good investment.
