Shipping Policy

Intechra Health ships all domestic (US) standard and free shipping orders via USPS. Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, carefully inspected and packed by hand, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Please note that orders placed after 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day.

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping and free shipping options use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail (depending on weight). Please allow 3 – 6 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Intechra Health does ship orders to international US addresses, including to APO/FPO addresses.

If you live in Canada and wish to purchase Intechra Health products, please visit our website, intechrahealth.ca

Intechra Health does not ship products to any other international countries. If you do not find your country in the dropdown selection for countries in the checkout form then we are not able to ship to that country.

*Please Note: We at Intechra Health do our best to only offer shipping to countries that accept our products, however importation regulations do change from time to time. If you order products online from intechrahealth.com that are not accepted by Customs in your country and Customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, your order can qualify for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Military APO/FPO Shipping

Intechra Health does ship orders designated for military use to P.O. boxes via USPS. Please note that for military location delivery, in addition to regular delivery time, you will have to wait for the military to forward the package to you.

When indicating your military shipping address, please enter the following information:

• “APO,” “FPO,” “MPO,” “PAL,” “SAM,” or “MOM” will be your “City”
• “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” will be your “State”
• ZIP Code will begin with either 0, 9, or 3

Order Tracking

All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. Tracking numbers provided for International orders may or may not provide shipping information once the package has entered international customs.

Receiving Your Order

USPS does not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave the package at your destination if they deem the area safe. It is up to the discretion of the delivery driver to determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery.

Free Shipping

Free shipping via USPS is provided for all purchases of 2 bottles or more. This free shipping only applies to orders with shipping addresses within the Continental United States.
