Over All Shipping Times Are Calculated As Follows:

Processing Time + Shipping Time, i.e once you make an order allow 3-5 business days processing time (processing times are approximate, see below for updated processing times) then add the additional shipping time if you order with Hermes delivery add additional 3 days to processing time if you selected either DPD or UPS your package will be delivered next day (subject to cut off times) following a dispatch confirmation. Maximum delivery times are 13 days from the order date (excluding Tailor Made MTB Pants**). 

• As all of our products are hand-printed by us please allow 3-5 days for dispatch, if you have ordered a made to order item please allow an additional 3-5 days for us to order in the item to be made and receive the delivery, once we've finished making your order we will ship it to you using your chosen shipping method as shown below.
• If you have ordered an in-stock item and a made-to-order item we will ship the order all together once the ordered item is completed. 
• If you have preordered pants these will be shipped once they arrive with us 4-6 weeks from 21/01/2022, if your order includes a free jersey this will be shipped at the same time as the pants, any additional paid items in your order will be subject to shipping times as shown above and shipped out before the pants arrive.

THESE PANTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 8 WEEKS (orders will be non-refundable within the first 8 weeks from your order date) MAXIMUM FOR DELIVERY, WE PLACE ORDERS FOR TAILOR-MADE PANTS ONCE PER MONTH WITH OUR SUPPLIER AND THEY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE WITH US FROM OUR ORDER DATE.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE:

4 WEEKS (MINIMUM) - 8 WEEKS (MAXIMUM)

We order around the second week of every month between 7th-14th.

example 1: If your order date was 16th Feb your expected delivery date would be between 7-14th April.

Example 2: If your order date was 1st March your expected delivery date would still be between 7-14th of April as your order was placed just before we placed our supplier order.

Example 3: If you place an order on 24th March Your Expected Delivery will be 7-14th May as your order was placed after our March order date.

Please Note** We Recommend you measure and size yourself correctly as per the diagram on the product page as Tailor-made pants are non-returnable, if you fall between sizes we recommend sizing up a size as our MTB Pants are fitted very accurately and do size down up to 2 sizes, so will fit a smaller waist but will not size up to bigger waist sizes. once the manufacture process has been started on the pants your order will them become non refundable (unless we cannot deliver within 8 weeks from your order date)

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days, Made To Order Items Require an additional 3-5 Business Days On top of our usual 3-5 Days.

Items Are Usually Shipped Using Hermes Next Day Tracked Services. On Orders Over £75, we will usually ship via UPS Next Day services.
