How fast will my order be shipped?
We offer a rush service and a standard service to all countries in the world
- With our rush service
- If your order is placed before 12 GMT, your order will be made and shipped the same day
- If your order is placed after 12pm GMT, your will be made and shipped the next day
- With our standard service we should have your gloves made and on their way within 3 working days of receiving your order
When you get to checkout, you will see the estimated number of days it will take (in total, inclusive of making and shipping time) for you to receive your order. While this is not a guarantee, it is correct 95% of the time.

We offer free shipping on orders above £250
Generally how fast are the shipping services?
- For the United Kingdom, next day
- For the United States & Canada, 1-2 working days. If you require a Saturday delivery, we can normally arrange this (additional carrier cost)
- For the rest of the world, 1 - 6 working days.
Can I ship to a PO Box address?
UPS and FedEx can't ship to a PO box address, as they need proof of delivery. As such, if you are shipping outside the UK, please don't set a PO box as your shipping address.
Will I have to pay import duty?
If you are ordering to any of the following countries / regions, there will be no duty or tax to pay once you complete your order with us: United States, Canada, Australia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, European Union, EFTA

Do you offer returns?
