Below are some guidelines that will help you set up suitable insurance cover.

It must be fully comprehensive cover.

The total policy excess must not exceed £1000.

Please ensure the vehicle details on your insurance fully match the details we have sent you.

Scot Group Ltd must be listed as the legal owner and registered keeper

Please make sure that the policy details match those on the application form that you have submitted.

Data protection consent must be added to the policy; this allows a member of our Insurance Team to speak with your insurance provider and approve that the policy is set up correctly.

Please note: the active policy must cover the full hire period

Once you have set up the policy please send us a copy of your insurance certificate or cover note.
