I was skeptical at first but this spray really does work. The taste is not the greatest, but I can live with that if I am getting some sleep out of it. It’s perfect for traveling like I do, too.

The Sleep 4 pack works very well for me. I used to take sleep gummies which worked some, but the Rejuvia works better & faster. I get drowsy in 15-20 minutes & fall asleep quite fast. If I go to the bathroom during the night I fall asleep fast when I go back to bed.

Doesn’t provide any better sleep for me. It does seem to make me feel more relaxed though .
