Orders

We do our best to ship your order out same day or the next business day. For domestic orders we ship USPS (United States Postal Service) which takes 3-5 business days for first class. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days on average. The transit time does not start until the package has been scanned into the carrier system. International orders take anywhere from 10-15 business days, (custom fees may apply).

We try to fill and send orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add to your order or prevent a package from shipping. If it has not been shipped, click on the cancel "Order" button under "My Orders" section or reach out to our customer care department at support@perfectimage.com and we will do our best to get you taken care of.

If you are on a trial plan you can change your subscription within your account details section.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied for any reason at all, just let us know so we can help you return your products within 30 days for a full refund of the product minus the shipping fee. If the product has been opened or used, there will be a 25% return fee applied when received.
