The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders ship out on weekdays, Monday-Friday.


In unique circumstances, order fulfillment may be delayed. If and when this is the case, Füm™ will communicate this prior to ordering on the website and/or email after purchase. 

You can expect your order to be delivered within the timeframe of business days stated on the shipping option during checkout. If it is not received in that timeframe, please reach out to us at support@breathefum.com

 

Damages

RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Responsibility For Package

RDFN FUM Natural Products is not responsible for the delivery of packages. At the time of the customer receiving the shipment confirmation, RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. is no longer responsible for the items. Responsibility for items in shipment, delivered, undelivered, lost, or damaged, is that of the shipment carrier. Any package that you would like to report as lost, must be done within 60 days. Concerns regarding delivery should be directed to the carrier. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Shipping carriers typically update tracking information every 24 hours. 

We cannot guarantee that any specific carrier will be used, carriers may differ depending on location. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RDFN FUM Natural Products Ltd. is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
