What is the Shipping Area and What is the Shipping Cost?
Available shipping areas include the following regions: United States, Canada, EU countries, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia.
Free shipping applies to each of the above-mentioned shippable areas.

Notes: We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

How soon can I get my package(s)?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. For specific shipping times, please refer to the table below.
For 'Don't know my size' orders, we will send you the sizing kits within 2 business days. Once you receive the sizing kits and confirm your size, please submit your size and color on the order page. We will then ship the smart ring to you within 2 business days.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Please note: If you need to change your RingConn delivery address, you should do so before updating your ring size.

For customers in the US, you can update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state. However, some states allow local governments to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If your local government does this, meaning that the new address you want to change to is in a city where the tax rate is different from your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order.

Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact our team for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We will be happy to help you.cs@ringconn.com.

For orders that have already been shipped:
Please contact the courier. To find the courier on your order, please check the order confirmation email you received after making your purchase.

Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website. We also provide direct links to each of our carrier websites below.


Where Does RingConn Ship From?
Orders to the US are shipped from either the US or Hong Kong. All other orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to decide where to ship the from, and we may change the place(s) from time to time.


What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
