We want to reward our loyal customers with everything from discounts to free products. You can earn points on all of your CrazyMass purchases through our rewards program. These points can then be redeemed for discounts and free CrazyMass products. To join the CrazyMass VIP Loyalty Program, click here. Just log into your account each time you buy CrazyMass products to earn points!

There are several ways to earn points – with more on their way as we release additional options for you to earn even more points. These can be as simple as creating an account, signing up to our newsletter or referring a friend, right up to earning points for every purchase you make – 2 points earned for every dollar you spend.

To redeem points you have earned, simply sign in to your account. You will need to have earned enough points to redeem products. For example:

• If you have earned 500 points from a couple of previous purchases, you need another 1,000 points to be able to redeem the first reward, you have a number of options. You can create an account if you haven’t already done so for 25 points, you can sign up for our newsletter for 25 points or you email us your testimonial before and after picture for a whopping 1,250 points! • Point redemption cannot be combined with any site-wide promotions or discount codes.

Points have no actual financial value, so cannot be transferred to cash. However, you can access discounts and free products by redeeming your points.

No problem, just click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. We’ll send an email to create a new one and you’ll then be able to access your account using this new password. If you have further issues, please email support@crazymass.com

If you have been referred by your friend, simply click on the link provided to access your unique discount code. Copy the discount code that pops up, then apply the code during checkout for your discount to be added. Note that you need to spend $100 to be able to redeem your discount.

Just log into your account and you should have the relevant points added to your account. Click on “Points and Rewards” to double-check they have been added.

Unfortunately, promo codes can’t be used in the loyalty program. The program is simply for claiming free products that would otherwise be unavailable. However, you can use a promo code, and then claim a free product from your points, separately.

Your points will expire if you haven’t redeemed them or made a purchase within 24 months.
