• Upon arrival skip the queue at the Customer Service desk and go straight to the airport check in area, where your ticket will be scanned and you will enter straight into the attraction.
• Disabled Access
• KidZania is entirely accessible to wheelchair users. There are lifts available for access into KidZania and within the city to access the mezzanine level. There are several accessible toilets, a variety of rest areas and all food and retail outlets are wheelchair friendly.
• Children aged 4-7 can only enter KidZania if accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
• Children aged 8-14 may enter unaccompanied, however an adult must be present at the time of check-in and provide suitable contact details.
• Standard Term time: Mon - Fri: 10am - 4pm; Sat & Sun: 10am - 7pm
• Peak week: 10am - 7pm daily
• Easter Sunday: 11am - 6:30pm
• No refunds or exchanges.
