Yes! You can tailor your orders each time to try our growing range of pot flavours. You can update your preferences up to 3 days before your order is delivered.

There is a minimum of x2 orders before a customer may cancel.

We have a policy of 1 subscription per address, therefore once a subscription is cancelled, the customer can restart a subscription anytime, however this will be without the original discount.

We now provide a Dual Subscription option that will provide you, and another in your household to benefit from a GSN Subscription! 

All delivery fees are included in the price of subscriptions.

Currently, we can only send out Overnight Oats and Pots O Gold in our subscription orders. However, you can make a separate order on our website to shop the full range.

Log into your GSN account & you can alter your next 3 orders on your account page ahead of time.

You can alter your next order up to 2 days before your dispatch date. You can also plan your next 2 orders ahead of time.

Your payments will go out directly from your bank 2 days before your orders are dispatched on a recurring basis, depending on how regular you wish to receive your orders.

We’re sorry, after the deadline has passed we’re unable to cancel or change your order due to the fact that it will already be on its way.

You can delay a delivery for up to 5 days, but for any longer than this, you can pause your subscription for 2 orders.

You get our best prices with our Subscriptions, alongside a 15% discount upon starting a subscription, therefore all regular order discount codes won’t be valid.
